DO THE WORK YOU CAN POINT AT

We are small on purpose. That means real accounts from your first month, your name on the work, and nobody between you and the client. It also means there is nowhere to hide, which suits some people and not others.

// How We Work

Four things we actually hold to

Not a poster in the corridor. These are the arguments we are willing to have internally.

  • Say the inconvenient thing early, to each other and to clients
  • Show the working: a recommendation needs a reason attached
  • Finish things; a shipped B beats a perfect draft nobody saw
  • Nobody is too senior to do the unglamorous part

// What You Get

The parts that are not the salary

The Work Is The Training

Real accounts from the first month, with a senior person reviewing decisions rather than making them for you.

No Account Manager Layer

You talk to the client about your own work. It is more exposure and it makes you better faster.

Small On Purpose

A team small enough that your work is visible and your opinion is heard in the room where it is decided.

Tools And Courses Covered

If a subscription or a certification makes you better at the job, we pay for it without a committee.

Honest Reviews

Twice a year, with specifics. No ranking curve, no surprise at appraisal time about something from March.

Leave You Can Actually Take

Including the kind nobody asks you to justify. Cover is planned so taking it is not a favour.

// Open Roles

Where we are hiring right now

If none of these is quite you, apply to the closest one and say so in the note. We have made roles for people before.

Performance Marketing Executive

Paid MediaKurukshetra · On-siteFull-time

Run Meta and Google accounts end to end, with a senior strategist reviewing the decisions rather than making them for you.

  • Write the client update yourself, in plain language

What we are looking for

  • One to three years running paid accounts with real budgets

  • Curious about why a test failed, not just that it did

Content & Copywriter

ContentKurukshetra · HybridFull-time

Write the pages that rank, the ads that convert and the captions that earn a save, across clients in very different categories.

Apply

What you would do

  • Write landing pages, ad copy, captions and long-form content
  • Research a category properly before writing a word in it
  • Edit your own work down before anyone else sees it
  • Work directly with design and media, not through a brief queue

What we are looking for

  • Takes editing well and argues when the edit is wrong

SEO & GEO Specialist

SearchRemote · IndiaFull-time

Own the technical foundation and the content plan across a handful of accounts, including the structured data work that decides whether AI answers cite a client at all.

Apply

What you would do

  • Run technical audits and see the fixes through to shipped
  • Build keyword and intent maps that someone can act on
  • Implement schema and entity work for AI visibility
  • Report on what moved, and say plainly when nothing did

What we are looking for

  • Two or more years of hands-on SEO, not just reporting on it
  • Can read a crawl and know which 2,000 issues do not matter
  • Interested in how generative search changes the job

Graphic & Motion Designer

CreativeKurukshetra · On-siteFull-time

Make the statics, carousels and short video that have to survive contact with a real feed, not just a presentation slide.

Apply

What you would do

  • Design ad creative, carousels and marketplace imagery
  • Edit short-form video with the first three seconds in mind
  • Keep each client's work looking like that client
  • Turn a performance report into the next creative batch

What we are looking for

  • A portfolio with work that ran, not only concepts
  • Fluent in the usual tools; we do not mind which ones
  • Fast at iterating, unprecious about killing a direction

Digital Marketing Intern

OpenKurukshetra · On-site6-month internship

Six months across media, search and content to find out which part of this you are actually good at, with real accounts and a mentor on each.

Apply

What you would do

  • Rotate across paid media, SEO and content
  • Own small pieces of live client work from week three
  • Sit in on client calls rather than hearing about them

What we are looking for

  • Finishing or recently finished a degree, any subject
  • Evidence you have taught yourself something hard before
  • Willing to be wrong in front of people and learn from it

// Apply

One form, no cover letter

Pick the role, leave a link to something you have shipped, and tell us in a few honest lines what you want to get better at.

  • 01A short call to check we want the same thing
  • 02One paid task, close to the real work
  • 03A conversation about it with the team you would join
  • 04An answer either way, within a week

A link beats an attachment. Anything that shows work you have actually shipped.

A few honest lines beat a cover letter. Tell us what you want to be better at.

Goes straight to career@klixora.site. You will hear back within one working week, including if the answer is no.

// Before You Apply

What candidates ask us first

If yours is not here, ask it in the note field and you will get a straight answer.

An application, a short call to check we both want the same thing, one paid task close to the real work, and a conversation about it with the people you would actually sit with. Usually two weeks start to finish, and you hear back either way.

Yes. It takes a couple of hours and we pay for them whether or not we make an offer. Unpaid test tasks are a way of getting free work from people who can least afford to give it.

For some roles, and it says so on the role itself. The on-site ones are on-site because the work genuinely benefits from being in a room together, not as a matter of principle.

Apply anyway and pick the closest one, then say in the note what you actually want to do. We have made roles for people before when it was obvious they would be worth it.

No. Plenty of the best people here came from in-house, from freelancing, or from something else entirely. What matters is evidence you can learn a category quickly and do the work without being chased.

Within one working week of applying, including when the answer is no. Being left in silence is the single most common complaint about hiring and it is entirely avoidable.
