Privacy Policy
Last updated 26 October 2026
This policy explains what we collect when you use this website or work with us, why we collect it, how long we keep it, and what you can ask us to do with it. It applies to this website and to the services we provide under it.
Placeholder text, pending legal review. This page is structurally complete but the wording has not been reviewed by counsel and is not yet binding.
1. Information we collect
We collect two kinds of information: what you give us directly, and what is recorded automatically when you use the site.
You give us directly, through the enquiry form or by email:
- Your name and the name of your company
- Your email address and phone number
- What you are trying to achieve and your indicative budget
- Anything else you choose to write in the message field
Recorded automatically when you browse:
- Your IP address, which we use for rate limiting and abuse prevention
- Browser and device type, and the pages you visited
- Referral source and any campaign parameters on the URL (utm_source and similar)
We do not ask for, and have no reason to collect, payment card details, government identification numbers, or any special category data through this website.
2. How we use your information
We use the information you give us to reply to your enquiry, to prepare a proposal, and to deliver the services you engage us for. We use automatically collected information to keep the site working, to understand which pages are useful, and to stop automated abuse of the enquiry form.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your enquiry with other clients, and we do not add you to a marketing list because you filled in a contact form.
3. Why we are allowed to use it
Where the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 applies, we process your personal data on the basis of the consent you give when you submit the enquiry form, and on the basis of legitimate business interest for security, fraud prevention and the operation of this website.
You can withdraw consent at any time. Withdrawing it does not affect anything we did before you withdrew it, and it may mean we can no longer provide a service you asked for.
4. Cookies and analytics
This site uses cookies and similar storage for two purposes: keeping the site functioning, and measuring how it is used.
- Essential storage, which remembers things like which call to action brought you to the enquiry form. Without it the site still works, but our reporting is less accurate.
- Analytics and tag management, which records anonymous usage so we can see which pages help and which do not.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Blocking the essential ones will not break the site. Blocking analytics means we will not see your visit.
5. Who we share information with
We use third-party service providers to run this website and our business. Each of them only receives what they need to perform their function, and each is bound by their own terms and privacy commitments:
- Hosting and content delivery, to serve this website
- Database and authentication infrastructure, to store enquiries securely
- Transactional email delivery, to notify our team that you wrote in
- Analytics and tag management, to measure site usage
We will disclose information where we are legally required to, for example in response to a valid order from a court or a competent authority. We will tell you if that happens, unless we are legally prevented from doing so.
6. How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept for as long as there is an active conversation, and afterwards for a reasonable period so we have a record of what was discussed and quoted.
Records relating to work we were actually engaged for are kept for the period required by applicable tax and contract law.
Analytics data is retained in aggregate. Automatically collected technical logs are kept only as long as they are useful for security.
7. How we protect it
Enquiries are stored in a database with row-level security, so a record can only be read by an authenticated administrator on our team. Traffic to this site is encrypted in transit. Administrative access requires a password and is limited to a named allowlist rather than being open to anyone who registers.
No system is perfectly secure. If we become aware of a breach that affects your personal data, we will notify you and the relevant authority as required by law.
8. Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you can ask us to:
- Tell you what personal data of yours we hold and what we have done with it
- Correct anything that is inaccurate or incomplete
- Delete your data, where we are not required to keep it
- Stop processing it, by withdrawing the consent you gave
- Nominate another person to exercise these rights on your behalf if you are unable to
Write to us using the details at the end of this page and we will respond within a reasonable period. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may complain to the relevant data protection authority.
9. Children
This website is a business service and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has submitted information to us, tell us and we will delete it.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as our services or the law change. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be announced on this page before they take effect.
