Terms of Service

Last updated 26 October 2026

These terms govern your use of this website and, where we have not signed a separate agreement with you, the services we provide. By using this site or engaging us, you agree to them.

Placeholder text, pending legal review. This page is structurally complete but the wording has not been reviewed by counsel and is not yet binding.

1. Who these terms are with

This website and the services described on it are operated by the business named at the end of this page. References to "we", "us" and "our" mean that business. References to "you" mean the person or organisation using this site or engaging our services.

2. Using this website

You may use this site to learn about our services and to contact us. You may not:

  • Submit the enquiry form automatically, repeatedly, or with information that is not yours
  • Attempt to gain access to any administrative area, database, or account you were not given
  • Scrape, mirror or republish the site's content at scale
  • Use the site in a way that interferes with its operation or with other visitors

We rate limit the enquiry form per connection. If you are blocked and you are a real person with a real enquiry, email us instead.

3. Enquiries and proposals

Submitting the enquiry form starts a conversation. It does not create a contract, reserve capacity, or oblige either of us to anything.

Any figure, timeline or scope mentioned on this website or in an initial conversation is indicative. Work only begins once scope, fees and timelines are agreed in writing.

4. Our services

Where we are engaged, the scope, deliverables, fees and schedule are set out in a separate written proposal or agreement. If anything in that document conflicts with these terms, that document takes precedence.

We will perform our services with reasonable skill and care. Digital marketing outcomes depend on factors outside our control, including platform policy, competitor behaviour, market conditions, and the quality of what we are given to work with. We do not guarantee a specific ranking, cost per acquisition, conversion rate, or revenue figure, and any projection we share is an estimate rather than a promise.

5. What we need from you

For us to do our work, you are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate information, access and approvals when we ask for them
  • Holding the rights to any brand assets, copy, images or data you give us
  • Making sure your own products, claims and operations comply with applicable law
  • Paying our invoices on the terms agreed

Delays in access, approvals or materials move the timeline by at least the length of the delay.

6. Fees and payment

Fees, the billing cycle and any advertising budget arrangement are set out in your agreement. Unless stated otherwise, fees exclude applicable taxes, and third-party spend such as advertising budget, media buys and software licences is separate from our fee and is your cost.

We may suspend work on an account with overdue invoices after giving notice.

7. Intellectual property

The content of this website, including its design, text, graphics and code, belongs to us and may not be copied or reused without permission.

Deliverables we create specifically for you transfer to you on full payment. Our own pre-existing methods, templates, frameworks and tooling remain ours, and you receive a licence to use them as part of the deliverable rather than ownership of them.

Your advertising accounts, analytics properties, domains and data remain yours throughout and after the engagement.

8. Confidentiality

Each of us will keep the other's non-public business information confidential and use it only for the purpose of the engagement. This does not apply to information that is already public, that is received independently from someone entitled to share it, or that must be disclosed by law.

9. Third-party platforms

Our work runs on platforms we do not control, including advertising networks, search engines, marketplaces and analytics providers. Their policies, pricing, algorithms and availability can change without notice, and an account can be restricted or suspended by the platform for reasons outside our control.

We are not responsible for a platform's decisions, outages or policy changes, though we will work with you to respond to them.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, neither of us is liable to the other for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of profit, revenue, goodwill or anticipated savings.

Our total liability arising out of or in connection with an engagement is limited to the fees you paid us for that engagement in the three months before the claim arose.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.

11. Ending an engagement

Either of us may end an engagement by giving the notice period set out in the agreement. On termination you pay for work performed up to the end of the notice period, and we hand over the deliverables and access that belong to you.

We may end an engagement immediately if we are asked to do something unlawful, misleading, or materially against our professional judgement.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at our registered place of business have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, and we will each attempt to resolve a dispute in good faith before starting proceedings.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision, and continuing to use the site after a change means you accept it. Changes do not alter a signed agreement already in place.
